Well we woke up this morning with little sleep after having a cat scare last night. Brandon discovered that his cat Charlie was missing last night and was not in the house. This is not like Charlie who is a totally indoor cat. When I was blowing bubbles I had seen Charlie outside with us but I did not think anything about it. Apparently no one had seen Charlie all day. Brandon, Jordan and Gary searched the neighborhood for the cat. This cat is literally one of the Knudsen family so this was pretty traumatic. They looked and looked but no Charlie. Finally they decided to go to Brandon's work and print a lost cat sign for Charlie that they could put by the mailboxes. At 5:30 a.m. Becca got up to change Hayden and felt prompted to go look out the front door. There was Charlie dirty and ready to come in the house. Everyone was so relieved that they did not mind that they had to bathe her at 5:30 a.m.
Now that Charlie was safe we were ready to go on our family outing to Zions. Here are pictures from our day. We hiked to Weeping Rock and then Becca let the kids play down by the water and they had a blast. It was so fun to see them so excited.
Playing in the water is tons of fun for these little ones.
