Coming home the scenic way--Bryce Canyon and Highway 12--Part 2

After Zions we went to Bryce Canyon.  It was a little stormy but we still got some scenic views and I took a few pictures.

We hit a crazy hail storm while we were driving.  It rained pretty hard for awhile.  Luckily we had just gotten out to see one of the sites before it started to pour. 

After Bryce Canyon we stopped at a tourist trap to look around and try on Cowboy hats for fun.  Our  last site seeing area was traveling on the Scenic Highway 12.  This is one of the most beautiful higway stretches of land in Utah.

We got delayed on our ride home by some cow herders and lots of cows. It was interesting watching the herders try to get the cows all on one side of the road.  

What a marvelous trip this has been.  It was so fun to visit with my husband and to listen to life leadership Cd's while we traveled and just be together.  The last picture was of a storm we could see.   I thought the cloud was fascinating.
