Church in Riverside California, visiting and driving back home

Today we woke up early, loaded up our van and headed to a Sacrament meeting in the California Riverside Mission at one of Dallan's favorite wards.  We really enjoyed the meeting. It was a Christmas program and they had some beautiful songs and a lot of people got to visit Dallan before and after the meeting.  It was so sweet.  We also got to meet with several missionaries that actually knew Dallan.  They did a hilarious hand clap that I had to video tape.

After sacrament meeting we had lunch and then we visited more families before we would be leaving to go home.  We also went by the mission office which is actually at this chapel.

Alot of people enjoy riding horses in this city.  We saw people on horses everywhere.  Below is a picture of the chicken barn that Dallan lived in for the first several months of his mission.  It is the second yellow building behind the yellow house.

Here is some members that Dallan really enjoyed.  They have a pet turtle that thinks it is a dog.  It is the nicest and cute pet.  All of my family enjoyed playing with the turtle.

We enjoyed visiting Anne Tibbets one of the ladies that Dallan baptized.  There was horse down the street that was peaking over the fence so I took a picture.  After Anne we got on the road to start driving back home.  The next stop would be St. George, Utah
